how long will my order take to arrive?

Standard wall art will take around 3 working days to arrive.
​
Custom prints take between 1-2 weeks to arrive.
If you require an item sooner or by a specific date, please contact me before you place your order and I will be able to agree a delivery date with you.

what size prints and frames are available?

Technically you can order your print in any size you like!
​
If you require a larger or smaller print to what is available on the website, prices and delivery times are available on request.
​will i receive a proof of my print first?
​
For custom wall art, you will not receive a proof prior to printing. If you are unhappy with your print on arrival, please contact me to discuss and I will find a solution for you.
​
For bespoke wedding stationery, you will receive proofs throughout the design process and nothing will go to print without your confirmation.

can i have A DIFFERENT COLOUR TO THE ONE SHOWN IN THE PHOTO?

Yes! I am able to change colours upon request. Please ensure you contact me as soon as you have placed your order (if not before) if you require any amends.

​can I SEND YOU SONG LYRICS OR A FILM QUOTE AND CREATE A CUSTOM PRINT?

Absolutely!
If you have a song that reminds you of a special moment or a movie quote that makes you smile, email me before you order and I will find a solution for you.

Wall art and standard prints will be shipped within 3 working days.

Custom prints take between 1-2 weeks to arrive.

Delivery outside the UK will take longer. Please contact me for information.

Delivery dates for bespoke wedding stationery will be agreed with you prior to confirming your order.

Once I have completed your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Once your order has been received, I cannot accept cancellations for bespoke or custom designs.

Due to the nature of the products, I cannot accept returns for bespoke or custom prints unless they are damaged or incorrect.

If you are not 100% happy with your print, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and I will make it right for you.
